Eva was born and raised in Poland. Currently, She lives and works in Houston, Texas. A mother of a son, a writer, and a pilot, Eva finds inspiration from her life experiences.

Eva grew up in a cold, grey reality devoid of life’s vibrancy. Her artistic expression manifests joyful rebellion against the dullness of the outside world of her childhood.

Eva’s drawings are created for the love of bringing vibrant colors together on a white page, and her inspiration is deeply rooted in the arcana of the human id.

Handcrafted Artwork with Story and Heart

Working primarily on heavyweight paper with soft colored pencils, Eva sometimes incorporates oil paint markers for shimmery accents and hard pencils for emphasis. Her favorite techniques are shading, blending, and contouring.

Eva’s distinct and unique drawing style includes abstract images with recurrent motifs of spheres, circles, mandalas, surreal characters, silhouettes, trees, and mysterious landscapes. Many of these elements relate to stories from her Polish heritage.

The most recent addition to Eva’s drawing themes is the aviation elements and flight chart cut-outs, inspired by her love of flying.

You can meet eva and see her works in person at the First Saturday Arts Market events in Houston, TX, where she presents her drawings a few times a year. #1stsatartmarket
